from what I've read, once you cut T enough, E can do pretty good job on it's own at keeping it low. spiro just kinda sucks, too. i hear bical is better but it requires regular blood tests for a year to make sure there's no toxicity buildup so i haven't touched it yet. can't afford so many bloodtests
