After this year, it’s been the strangest Christmas I’ve had. Still wonderful. Merry Christmas.

Greg, my father, passed away in the morning two weeks ago. While his death was sudden, he had many good years. His life was long, loving, and he was well-loved. A man with more stories than years to tell them.

He asked to have this photo taken, a week before he died, at my son’s birthday.

I was going to watch Ashoka so I put the kids’ nightlight on but changed my mind one minute in so now I’m watching All The President’s Men with galaxy lamp mood.
