I’m interested in those of my ADHD client-base drawn to scuba diving, & whether self-awareness and situation awareness tend to be lower. I recommend to those clients that they train properly in order to increase practised discipline in those areas. The very act of diving can give them great relief.

Thanks for this. I have met a couple of people with AIWS and a pre-Covid history of likely chronic neuroinflammation and persistent hypnagogia. One also had a history of visual snow.
