I grew up in like unincorporated Cowlitz County near Longview and my parents couldn’t afford curbside garbage pick up so we hauled trash to the dump in my dad’s truck. Also I think they still don’t offer recycling or compost where I grew up

If I was supreme leader of city planning or whatever one of my first actions would be swapping the last street parking spot or two on every block with a bike/scooter corral to help improve sidewalk accessibility, intersection daylighting, and emissions.
