Trump benefits from the most advanced and expensive medical care that exists (that we pay for). Plus, an entire media industry that falls over themselves after every one of his insane, gibbering public appearances to sane-wash what he said, and tell us we didn't hear what we thought we heard.

I have an incredibly low opinion of MAGA. I doubt Maga would ever show hostility towards ICE, as they seem to worship the ground they walk on. MAGA are fueled by adoration of anyone wearing a uniform and acting like a fascistic bully. The whole "Don't Tread on Me" thing was Maga playing dress-up.
