No one made me an atheist, I became an atheist by reading and studying religion itself. Pen Gillette has said the best way to become an atheist is by actually reading the bible. At the same time I was watching How The universe Works and I came to the realization myself that there is no god.

I don't want people bringing up their religion to me so certainly won't bring up my atheist views to anyone else. And if someone says something like "have a blessed day" or "I'll be praying for you" I thank them because I know they mean well.
