BBC reports just now claimed “this threatened to go on for months and months”. It’s literally the first I’ve heard of it.

My point is not that polls don’t matter. But that daily polls dominating news cycle is pointless. When this gov should be concentrating on their job, they’re wasting time trying to raise their polling numbers via pointless short-term actions. It doesn’t create an environment for good governance.

It’s like she turned up 2 interview w/o questions, then just went round in circles trying catch the interviewee out. It felt like she was just trying rehash Jenrick or Philps points, although in an even more dumb (hard to imagine) way. Thought the interviewee did well, answered honestly w/ nuance.
