#Noctilucentclouds again, from dusk to dawn! On 29 June 2025 they reached all the way to west (1st pic, taken at 23:39 CEST), in front of the waxing #Moon and planet #Mars (2nd pic). 3rd pic was the view northwest and north (23:55 CEST). 4th pic shows waves on 30 June 2025 at 03:06 CEST.
The image show trees and a house at bttom. The Moon and Mars at lower left. A lot of light blue streaks in the air. At lower right the sky is still very bright after sunset. The top of a tree at lower left. The waxing Moon with earthshine at lower right. Above centre a bright dot marks planet Mars. Below Mars is faint star rho in Leo. In the sky a number of thin veils. One ix crossing the image from upper left over the Moon to lower right. These thin veils are noctilucent clouds. The image shows a skyline of trees, houses and a minaret from northwest to north. The sky has the typical colours of late twilight. All over the image from left to blue-whiteish streaks are visible. These are noctilucent clouds. Over a skyline of tree tops and a roof a bright sky is visible in twilight colours, from light orange at bottom to pale blue and black at top. The lower sky is filled with bands and waves of noctilucent clouds.

It was the first (brief) shower of rain in many weeks. Overall spring has been exceptionally dry here. The image shows a closeup of the central part of the rainbow from the previous picture. As usual the rainbow is red on the outside, with yellow, green and violet going inwards. The image shows an orange evening sky over a building and leaves from a tree. The sky is full of veils of light rain, illuminated byforward scattered light of the setting sun.

A barred spiral galaxy, observed with the Apache Point 2.5m Telescope in the SDSS survey.

It is at redshift 0 (lookback time 0.0 million years) with coordinates (209.21255, 37.79724).
