Hope you’re right Robin. Pretty much all that’s good in the public domain seems deeply threatened at the moment. The guys with power & money seem keen to crush all that stands in the way of their domination.

Panorama made a stupid editing mistake. But compare this to the deliberate and systemic attempt, sustained across years, to ensure that BBC output aligns ever more closely to the demands of economic power. Against your straw of bias, I raise you a haystack.

There will be worse waiting in the wings.

And so now who will we get instead. When right wing views are framed as neutral, things get very bad.
