Well, my sister & her fabulous #TheDogWalkersDetectiveAgency pumpkin has completely outclassed my efforts, but the kids & I (+ Fe's gf) had a lot of fun doing ours!

Had a lovely evening at #LightUpLeicester. Some fantastic installations & a gorgeous atmosphere, despite the cold. And was so happy to bump into a couple of old friends too.
A ring of tall pink, white & blue lights around a circular fountain, in the dark. They look almost like ice lollies! A number of huge, inflated domes - luminous pink, green & blue - with crowds walking amongst them, all in a city square at night. Leicester Cathedral at night, with a light show projected onto it. Green window shaped projections & a red, white & blue banner of the city Coat of Arms. A display of long, thin lights, almost like light sabres, moving diagonally, vertically & horizontally through air.

Had a stunning visit to 'Space; Lumuralis at Leicester Cathedral'.
Absolutely stunning!
Explosive white lights cover the walls of a Chapel inside the Cathedral. White pinprick lights on a dark blue background fill the floor & a screen in the mid section of the Cathedral. A geometric display of white lights on a deep pink lit background fill the walls of a Chapel within the Cathedral. Swirls & stripes of pink, blue & white light cover the wall & floor of a Chapel in the Cathedral, putting the dark window into relief.

Absolutely loved the Escape Room installation at Attenborough Arts with Tom's Movers Theatre Company today.
Tom being a gnome, where we had to find his fishing rod & then catch fish with lyrics on their backs, to decipher a song, was hilarious!

Had a wonderful hour or so at the Opening of the Tim Fowler exbn at Attenborough Arts Centre in Leicester. Big, vibrant acrylics & oils of plants & flowers, along with glass sculptures of plants.
Will definitely be returning for a longer look!
