Ein Coup sieht nicht immer aus wie Panzer vor Regierungsgebäuden. Heute laufen junge Männer in Zivil durch Behörden und verschaffen sich Zugriff auf Infrastrukturen. Nur weil es nicht wie ein klassischer Putsch aussieht, ist es keiner? Die Naivität und nicht-Beachtung ist erschreckend.
