Sorry to hear this. I have some health issues to overcome but I think it's doable with my doctor's support and a good trainer! I'm looking into that now, in the meantime Dave and I try to hike or walk, weather permitting! 😁. It would be great to have your support! I'll keep you posted!

That sounds amazing! Yes, you should go. My bucket list has the Appalachian Trail in a couple of years. I have to retire then get training. We did the Hoye-Crest trail to the MD high point. Just over a mile, starts in WV, but 850' gain in elevation. A real butt kicker being out of shape.
