Walking around the flooded meadows of the IJssel river, where the high water slowly flows into the surrounding woods , a feeling of serenity envelops me.

Meditation can be found in water, the trees and the textures, scattered within compositions of the landscape. In those moments, my eyes are drawn to shadows and lights, to colours and patterns, captured in another magical scene of the universe.

My photography is all about looking for, experience and cherish the silence.
