Can I just say: “food for thought” has to be one of the most infuriating things someone can say in an argument.

I don’t know about anyone else, but I only have space for hopefully stories right now. Queer stories especially. TJ Klune and my dog are pretty much my entire mental health right now. Any reqs for more books/authors like that??

it's important for anyone, but especially artists to be very vocal, loud, and proud about their stances on human rights/politics. Our work reaches communities, what we create, share & show makes a difference. Art cannot be separated from humanity. Keep making things that showcase the world you want

Keep making art. Keep writing your stories. Even if they must exist in secret for a time, they are important - each of them a little act of rebellion.
Most of all, keep on living. If you can muster no other motivation on some days, then do it out of righteous spite for those who want you gone.

Btw, my morning started with a publisher rejection on an R&R, so #amquerying crowd we are LIVING THE DREAM.
