If you see a flamingo in the Caribbean area, please check it for bands and report it to USGS. By resighting banded birds, we can learn a lot more about where they are going. There are still many questions we are trying to answer about flamingo ecology.

Honestly, it amazes me too. There are so many predators and threats. Birds are so incredibly tough.
