Keen knitter. 🧶
You could try distracting her with a ball or other toy. Or play with her until she’s worn out. Or keep your yarn close to your work maybe in a bowl. Fortunately my cats are old and not too bad with yarn 🧶 but they like needles wiggling so I always use circulars.

Clearly the reviewer isn't a knitter. Maybe the show will be popular with that group. Perhaps this is how keen bakers feel about GBBO?

Well now we know. Huge needles and yarn! Such a missed opportunity because the knitwear the contestants were wearing showed their talent.

I don't really see knitting as competitive or a spectator sport but I'll probably tune in to see.

If you’re looking for DK, I’ve made each of these many times in different colours and yarns. If you look on Lovecrafts or Wool Warehouse most patterns will be bottom up, knitted flat.

That yarn is magic! The flowers just appear as you knit!

I only use a straight needle for casting on or off. Otherwise circulars for everything. But this is my first attempt at top down and DPNs seem the right thing for the sleeves which only have 48 sts. So far so good 🙂

Maybe for drawers holding yarn, but not doors

All’s well that ends well 🙂

Love those! So fun. I may need to knit some for myself 🙂

The knit and purl swap places so the 'hurdles' go out of alignment
