Pharmacist got mad at me for not knowing that the pharmacy no longer gets orders on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays from their main location, even though i a) didn't know that was a thing, and b) i was told it would be ready Saturday.
I now get to go a day without my heart meds. Tomorrow'll be fun 🙃

My bathroom has a heating vent that takes up 3/4 of the actual floor space of the room (not area, space where there's flooring)
That means when I close the bathroom door it ends up feeling like its 900 degrees in there. Feel like they could've picked a smaller vent 🤔

The university is now requiring me to either upload a presentation with the projects I worked on, or an email stating my presentation is confidential, to prove i did co-op. I've done 2 other rotations and they haven't asked for it until this one 🙄🙄

Question for anyone on antidepressants: if you take your antidepressant a few hours late (like, 12:30pm vs 8:00am) does it cause like, vertigo/withdrawal symptoms? Or is this a phenomenon that I'm getting from some other source?

@brachinus.bsky.social uh, so, Callie followed me in, and I didn't notice right away(i noticed bc she wasn't with Ralph) and now she's kinda taken over a rocking chair, and what do you reccomend, like, I could let her back out? Or just keep her in and hope this goes well?? Like, how does this work??

Ralph has decided that my lap is pretty cozy, but also a good way to steal a whole handful of treats that were supposed to be shared with his mom and brother

Accidentally called myself an idiot while reviewing reaction mechanisms with one of my mentors at work today (it was reflexive, happens a lot when I'm working on a whiteboard) and I'm now hoping that either a) he doesn't do my evaluation or b) if he does, he forgets about that 🙃

I love fall, it's probably my second favorite season (next to winter). However, my joints hate fall (and winter, but more fall). It feels like my arms and legs were rearranged. I don't appreciate that feeling, but hey it does mean I'm going to spend the evening on a heating pad 😁

@brachinus.bsky.social I saw someone in a car that looked like you (in passing) and my first thought was "OMG, IT'S EMILY!! HI!!" and then I realized that unless you can teleport, there's no way you could've gotten to where I was in that amount of time
