There are so many things that terrify me currently, but as a doctor who takes care of vulnerable older adults, this hits particularly hard. People have already and will continue to die because of this man.

Eliminating or even decreasing medical school debt would also mean more doctors in primary care and geriatrics, where we are so needed.
