Let hate be an opening towards curiosity and love, not a closing of your humanity.

This is where our conscious curiosity comes into play. When we can be curious, really curious about our hate, we meet it with love. This changes everything. And it brings forth the options and the choices of what needs to heal, what needs to come together, what movements need to happen.

Hate saves no one. Hate separates and disconnects. Hate destroys inside and outside.
But hate can also be a trailhead; a gateway to what lies underneath, what needs our attention on the inside and what needs our action on the outside.
