Excited to have signed an editor contract with Oxford University Press for a volume on Voting Behaviour planned to come out in December 2027! We really hope this book will spark social science student interest in the discipline, especially at a time when democracy faces major challenges.

Why does 25% AfD among young men spark a thousand "what is going on with young men?" posts yet Die Linke 34% among young women generates...nothing at all?

Yes, young men voting for the radical right is an important phenomenon. But so is young women going rad left *at even higher rates*.

New from @profrosiecamp.bsky.social @cerifowler.bsky.social, Rosie Shorrocks and me on the gender gap at the 2024 UK GE. We find that the gender gap looked different at this election, shifting from a Lab/Con gap to a broader left-right gap.
