A band 7 nurse earns more than a resident doctor until they have worked at least 4 years. If you look at “unsocial”hourly rates it’s even worse.

In paeds we’ve had our worst winter for 5 years in terms of attendances/admissions. I think winter for adults is not going to be great if it follows our trend…
