Honestly I just added the hat to a pair of black star andcloud print dungarees covered in Halloween enamel badges and a black long sleeved top which I would wear as an everyday outfit anyway. My husband went all out though.
@pmh in this year's Hallowe'en get up: black cloak over black velvet jacket. White dog? / goat? skull mask and pointy white ear extensions over blacked out eyes and a black snood pulled up over his mouth, so no natural skin is visible.
