The only chance is that this file was made by a higher Clip version than you are using to open it. (Was generated by version EX but you are using PRO to open it or such). If yes, then you need the higher version. If not, it is most likely corrupt and there is no way to access it.

Overall, I wish the team would do something similar but bigger. A lot of great talent at play here. Unfortunately it is hard to find what the team's current activity is or if they even are still together. The game wasn't selling super well.
