Someone said they witnessed a 19 year old Venezuelan that was walking home with friends, who ICE grabbed and apparently realized wasn't their intended target, but they overheard one of the agents say "take him anyway". He didn't have any tattoos.

Some of those deported didn't have tattoos--they were just brown.
