It’s Bat Week
NJ has 9 bat species, including 6 year-round residents and three migratory species.
The most common species are the big brown and little brown bats, which often roost in buildings.

Have you noticed an increase in Wooly Bear Caterpillar sightings recently?
Woolly Bear Caterpillars are most active in the fall as they search for a safe place to hibernate for the winter.
According to folklore, these caterpillars can predict the winter!
