Metabolism Book Recommendations for Christmas and Chanukah. Beautifully written, unintimidating and with firm clarity. “Living without Oxygen” by Peter Hochachka. The chapter on diving is particularly insightful and explains how the heart oxidizes lactate when needed. A joy to read. ❤️
