🍽️ 🍜 On my own this evening so picked up fish ‘n chips (halibut & yam fries) and ate beside my buddy 🐈‍⬛ for company.

🍽️ 🍜 Made my first free form meatloaf and had it with mashed potatoes and air-fried carrots. Should have had something green 🥦, but I was too lazy!

🍽️ 🍜 At Mercato restaurant in Calgary last evening. The lighting was poor for these pics, but the food was outstanding: rigatoni alla gricia with sides of mushrooms and prosciutto-wrapped grilled asparagus. Savoured and loved every bite 😋

🍽️ 🍜 Feeling proud of the work that has enabled me to “shop” from my freezer today. I’ve got cilantro pesto, roasted red pepper hummus, pear sauce (all homemade) and a piece of garlic coil.
