Look I'm a #STEMpowered guy... but robust, integrative general education is SO very important. Every single college graduate needs to be able to write clearly and analyze evidence!
The big thing, however, has been students selecting majors that they think (often wrongly) present a better career path, mostly in STEM.
Meanwhile, we've got a Silicon Valley guy on our advisory board saying how much he likes to hire humanities majors who can analyze evidence and write clearly.
