I've been thinking that even though everything I consumed wasn't very good, I shouldn't be shamed out of the things I like. I should have more pride for the things I grew up enjoying instead of reminiscing for a childhood I never had.

I think the rise of cringe culture made me feel really insecure for liking things that were new or seen as childish, and made me gravitate a lot more towards older technology and media.

DDR works because it’s a game about dancing to other songs. FNF is about having a rap battle against someone. They already had a perfectly fine system going on with song mixes. I don’t want songs that aren’t made for what the game is about.

I’d definitely love some more 2000s cinema elements in my FPS games!!! I crave for something that can scratch the itch of Half-Life 2 and some of those 360-era CoD games.
