THIS!! literally every production is different, they all have ups and downs but to pretend and judge from the outside is not only a huge waste of time, but also can be so misguiding and unhelpful to people wanting to work in this space. Pisses me off.

Even artists who work in animation aren't privy to the workflow requirements or the specific situations of other productions. A lot of artists don't even know how other departments on their own production work!
