Saw Hunter has commissions open again, and wanted to remind you guys of this
I was also one of these commissions she took on May 12, 2022. I paid $175 for a picture of my Impsona and Moxxie. 4 months of silence before I asked how it was going for the first time. Then I asked again after a year. Asked again a month later and got ghosted for 3 days before she did give a refund

Even artists who work in animation aren't privy to the workflow requirements or the specific situations of other productions. A lot of artists don't even know how other departments on their own production work!

A note for all you young artists: if you want to live authentically you are inevitably going to piss SOMEONE off. At the end of the day as much as people like to morally grandstand about this that & the other being problematic, people don't want sanitized stories. You're doing yourself a disservice

Pls give this thread a read if you're struggling with making art for yourself vs making art for an audience. I adore Nilla and their take on a lot of stuff like this!! *Always* create for yourself, no matter what it is. You'll build an audience of people who truly care about you and your content!
