One thing I firmly believe is that math is relatively simple, even at advanced levels. It's just explained by people who have been too busy studying numbers to learn how to teach it. Comforting to know it was already like this in 1910. (From "Calculus Made Easy", for free here calculusmadeeasy.org)

I've never seen anyone use anything other than Leibniz notation for integrals. Leibniz/Lagrange/Newton for derivatives.
Never seen or use Euler.

My favorite is the verbose Leibniz notation: it's longer but much clearer.
