If someone takes a few extra minutes to help me, I know they're not meeting their time quotas. Making a customer's experience a good one should be the rule, not against it

I had a bus driver once pull over to tell a pedestrian they dropped their wallet which was incredible, but I knew drivers weren't allowed to stop between designated stops. I can't say I love visiting a specific restaurant because they give the best portion sizes knowing that's against rules
