With Toy Story, the version on Disney+ looks very much like raw output that wasn't meant to be seen, because the colors are often pretty bad. It's the same as the 2000 DVD version. This was partly corrected in the 2019 UHD edition, whose colors aren't perfect but are closer to the 35 mm (see here).
