It takes real dedication to walk this boy 1.3 miles when it's a bone chilling 12° outside, but he is so worth it! Hank came home, ate his popsicle and went right back outside to lay around and lick snow. I'm warming up with a cup of hot coffee ☕️

Chronic migraine sufferers can you please give me advice or tips on how to deal with them. Been having at least 2 a week for several months. I have an appointment with my Dr in 10 days to address them but could use some advice now.
