A friends house of mine burned down using one of their batteries and I’ve been scared of failure rates with their tires. They’re cheaper but thinking of higher end common cargo e-bikes (eg, tern or urban arrow) like super duper cheap cars make them VERY affordable!

Not sure the timing but financing and the developer fell through, Hines took over, and then Qataris invested to get it finally funded and ready for construction.

My only thing is that you need to have the right pavers that have some grip otherwise they’re slippery in wet conditions.

On a bike—it’s fun to make funny noises while bumping on them. My kids love it!

Also Spanberger’s victory speech sure was about affordability including many of the same issues advocated by Mamdani, including with Virginia’s centrality in data center/energy conversation!
