A lot of Taiwanese are disappointingly cold-blooded on this issue. I can understand feeling bullied by China but taking it out on individuals who came to Taiwan and built families is a low blow:

All this extra “scrutiny” is part and parcel of of the ruling DPP ramping up their anti-China sentiments to the max. Does it make us safer? No. Does it make us more united? Also no.
