I'm not 100% convinced Lib Dems are true liberals, but that might be because of what happened when Clegg was around...

I'll hopefully be back in the New Year sometimes. Keep fighting but if you ever feel like you're triggering your MH, don't be afraid to step back and look after yourself.

(Just to stress: I'm not depressed, but years of MH history has given me some signs to watch out for and I've noticed a couple of these signs are indicating I'm going that way - so yeah. Pulling myself out now to get myself better)

I've pretty much decided I'm gonna take a sabbatical from social media for at least December. I've been finding myself doomscrolling and it's activating my depression triggers so I need to step back for now.
