Yeah, it's better away from the starting rows. I'm trying to loosen up my tension. It's difficult. I also wonder if my hand spun yarn is twisted the wrong way for knitting and it's loosening as I work the loops. The needle keeps trying to go through the yarn. Pointy needles would be bad for that.

That's so sweet ☺️ And digital is such a different world. But it's interesting. The ability to do layers and delete is so nice. But I miss the tactile feeling of traditional media. Just different things.
