Before hearing legislation today, the committee voted on the extremist measure heard last week—HB1175, known as SAPA. They vote it out swiftly, 5-2, and after literally a dozen police voices traveled here a week ago to oppose it. #moleg

We are forcing law enforcement to choose when they work for federal agencies whether they would want to be sued by members of the public under this bill. HB 1175 allows the public to sue any Missouri LEO who had formerly worked for a federal agency.

Low of the day Sen Adam Schnelting representing St Charles refused a constituent meeting. Since we don’t see eye to eye “there’s no purpose” his office said. Bro can’t find any common ground with Moms advocating for gun sense.
