Accidentally left my office door open when I went to work and our cleaners have gone in and tidied.😬 They must think I’m a) A pig and b) Out of my mind - amongst other things this was on my desk…a “tea” hat/fascinator thing I constructed for a friend’s cricket-themed fancy dress birthday party.

I use alarms in lieu of a working memory (if you’ll pardon the pun), and so I have to clear them out every now and then, which is always interesting. Here’s one of the mystery alarms up for deletion today. But did I email Amy about spider sheets on that fateful “every Wednesday”?

I love listening back to my recordings when I’m editing an audiobook. Almost as entertaining as the bits that have gone well are the bits where I’ve had to say the same thing over and over to get it right. In this case, “what the fuck?” In seven subtly different tones. That’s dedication.🤣
