HOW ARE ORGANIZED CRIME AND FOREIGN INTERFERENCE RELATED IN HAITI ? THE FORMATION OF PARAMILITARY FORCES : In the context of Haiti, organized crime is state sanctioned violence. Much like Duvalier's regime, violence is a mean to assure the control of Haitians, the land, the monopoly over the resources, the economic power and the political future of Haiti to prevent resistance against colonial and imperial order. VIOLENCE AS STATE POLICY : The formation of paramilitary forces doesn't follow an organic pattern. They receive financing, weapons and ammunitions from the government and the non-black oligarchy in exchange for their support. Leaders have close ties to the political power with many emanating from the police force or the military, some still in active duty. MANUFACTURED CONSENT : Paramilitary forces are the middlemen between the elite circles inside Haiti and foreign entities. They assure the perpetual destabilization of Haiti through starvation, intimidation, massacres, coup d'etat and internal displacement. Thus manufacturing consent for the perpetual violation of Haiti's sovereignty under the pretences of humanitarian aid and state building. PROLIFERATION OF WEAPONS : Haiti has no firearms or ammunition manufacturing capabilities, there are laws restricting legal ownership. Additionally, the country is severely sanctioned by the United Nations. Reports prove those measures to be ineffective with artilleries coming from poorly regulated states such as the U.S. via the Domincan Republic and Jamaican borders through ports controlled by the nonblack oligarchy. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE FOR THE POOREST STATE IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE TO BE COMPLETELY OVERRUN BY U.S. WEAPONS : • In "War on Guns", Caribbean Allies Ask Which Side the US Is On " 90% OF THE WEAPONS IN THE CARRIBEAN ARE PURCHASED LEGALLY INSIDE THE U.S. AND SMUGGLED OVERSEAS. • SANCTIONS ALLOW PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES OPERATING INSIDE HAITI TO BUY AND KEEP ARMS. SINCE 2012, U.N. SPECIALISTS HAVE STATED THERE COULD BE 75 000 TO 90 000 INDIVIDUALS WORKING FOR OVER 100 PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANIES, THAT'S 5 TIMES OVER THE WORKFORCE OF THE NATIONAL POLICE. CORE GROUP: State sanctioned violence and the manufacturing of consent for foreign intervention in Haiti's domestic sffairs is the making of CORE Group. In an effort to put Haiti under guardianship; Brazil, Spain, Germany, Canada, the U.S., France, the UN, the EU and the OAS have been meeting regularly inside and outside of Haiti with key allies to assure the ascension to power of a political body under their influence. So I hate to tag the mods- but I sent this email about the mass deletion of Palestinian accounts over a week ago to @support.bsky.team and I haven’t heard anything back (apologies if I somehow missed an email). I’d like to ensure it will be seen by the proper people.

I try to message most of the new accounts from Gaza to try to help them avoid being labeled but it would really help to have some more specific guidelines, because many people I believe are following the guidelines l've been suggesting and still having problems. I understand that you probably cannot tell me specifics but even general information would help me help these accounts act in accordance with Bluesky's rules, which I'm assuming is the goal of both of us. It also may be helpful to publicly post some of this information (preferably in a few languages including Arabic). Specifically I would really like to know: - Information on follower count leading to a spam label (is there a hard number they should avoid- is it overall/ by day?) Also are there any plans to just limit the amount of follows an account can do if a large following amount is something that is triggering a rules violation? -Information on how complaints come in regarding messages and replies and how they are generally assessed (once again I know that you can't give me specifics but it would really help to let them know what is going to happen if someone makes a complaint). Also in the case of replies- is it taken more seriously if the complaint is made by the person who got the notification or can anyone complain about a reply (even if it wasn't made to them) and it will be treated similarly? -Information about how an account is assessed for spam if there isn't a complaint about a specific message or reply (for example if the account is reported as spam-what general things do you look for). Would just posting their own GoFundMe link on their page lead to a spam label or suspension if someone reported them? Do you take into account that sometimes Palestinians are targeted for reports because of their race? -Information regarding the appeals process-many times no one hears anything back after submitting an appeal (and sometimes they don't receive any information on what triggered the ban to begin with). Also in which cases would an account be asked to provide ID documents to stay in good standing? I know that moderation is not an easy job but I think that most of these specific accounts would be willing to follow the Bluesky rules if they knew what they were. I really enjoy Bluesky as a community and I know that making it a welcoming place is a goal we probably both share.
