We had twins and at the point where I was hand shaking about 8 to 10 5-oz. bottles per feeding I was about to lose my mind so this pitcher was a lifesaver.

Now if they start using cane sugar in Coke Zero and charge $2/can for that that could be a problem for me.

They have it in Arkansas and it’s called Mexican Coke, but it costs $2/bottle which isn’t a big deal because I only drink 1-2/month.

Also, Jennings Osborne is who the Christmas light parade at Disney was named after for several years IIRC.

So obviously when I say it reminds me of Jennings Osborne, I mean it reminds me of him because it’s the opposite of what this AI tech bro is doing.

He was apparently a big time car collector, and in the mid 90s there was one car that he desperately wanted and could have easily afforded at the time, but he refused to buy it because he wanted to still want something and not have it (i.e., “desire” it).

This reminds me of what Jennings Osborne (for non-Arkansas folks, he was a local wealthy businessman and philanthropist who became something of a folk hero for his fight with his neighbors to be able to have a massive Christmas light display at this house) said about his cars.

"Oh, great-great-great grandpa Taylor, you think you had a rough day out in the fields? Well I went to a store today that you can't even imagine in your wildest dreams the products they have there, but when I walked in, they said 'Welcome in!'"

I mean, if our ancestors could see the stuff we complain about these days.

If that’s “all they had to act on,” then one option at that point is to … ya know … not act.

I grew up in south Arkansas so we rarely went north of Little Rock. I was about 23 when Tasha introduced me to the world of Branson.

I would actually believe it because Tasha and I did a couple of times before we had kids!
