There's a reason Railtrack line side workers are in hi-viz orange rather than hi-viz yellow.
Bright orange is almost never a colour that occurs in nature.
Bright yellow(y-green) can blend into vegetation.
As Surrey RPU would point out neither work if drivers aren't looking.
