This is not the mindset most product teams have. In fact most product teams will assume this is the job of product marketing, a discipline they often look down on as second tier citizens.

Often the way to find prodoct t market for isn’t about adding more capabilities. In fact that can make matters worse. Instead it’s about helping users understand why those capabilities are importantly, what those capabilities can unlock, how to find them and how to get the most of them.

Sometimes those capabilities are clear, easy to understand and easy to access. However more often than not they’re hidden, poorly described or poorly organised, leading to frustration.

The Yamazaki 12 is lovely but the 18 and 25 are delicious. Sadly the 18 is now £600 a bottle while the 25 is a whopping £6k a bottle.

If you don’t know, Japanese whisky got super popular about 10 years ago and all the “age statement” whisky‘s sold out. So anything with an age on it suddenly got super expensive.

It’s very charming

It’s the expectation that because they have money and notoriety that should grant them a level of access a normal person could get. Like he’s only just been voted in. I suspect he has better things to do than justify himself to you.

I believe @hicks.design does something similar, although you may have to wait till Dec.
