• 2 parts Roku Gin
• 1.5 parts fresh pear juice
• 0.5 parts simple syrup
• 0.5 parts lemon juice
• 2 dashes of cardamom bitters
- Put in a shaker with ice. Shake it.
- Pour into a glass with a fine mesh strainer.
- Garnish with pear slice(s) as you wish.
• 2 parts Roku Gin
• 1.5 parts fresh pear juice
• 0.5 parts simple syrup
• 0.5 parts lemon juice
• 2 dashes of cardamom bitters
