Possibly the most depressing film I’ve ever seen, but a great turn from Jannik Sinner in it

Let's see if there is time to fit one more result in the book 🏆

The first biography of Tadej Pogačar is out in four weeks, giving the inside line on his runaway success story.

It'll be published in many different European languages too, not just English 🇪🇺

While writing my next book, I came across a @cyclingweekly.com article with bookmaker odds noting Mark Padun as joint-seventh favourite for the 2021 Tour de France.

Mad times.

(He didn't make the Bahrain Victorious team that year and has never raced it.)

The beautiful game. Doping? Of course not! 💉 ⚽️ 🙄

Also, while cycling is reliant on endurance, the lack of recognition of the skill involved - eg. positioning or descending mountains at 100km/h - gets tiresome.

Jealous of the Giro d'Italia, finishing in the ancient, awe-inspiring city of Matera today 😍

One day, I'll be back (maybe for New Year's Eve, why not?)

Late to the party on this one, but a very enjoyable read ⬇️

Eddy Merckx on Pogacar’s Hell of the North bid: “Tadej should do Roubaix, and he can win it. Risk? There’s risk at every race.” (Via @mm-gazzetta-sport.bsky.social)

Pogi mania in Pavia on the eve of Milano-Sanremo 😮‍💨
March 21, 2025 at 6:05 PM
The UCI need to introduce a rule which requires winners of races with trophies missing middles to pull wacky faces 😛

Look, the Milano-Sanremo trofeo is begging for the Jorgenson treatment

Just going through the Milan-Sanremo odds. Is this Cavendish bloke worth sticking some money on?

Tim Merlier moments after crashing while celebrating victory at the UAE Tour. Appeared to hit someone on the side of the road after cornering post-race at speed
