Life can get you down sometimes - it’s to be expected. So find those little things that make you smile and bring you some joy. One of my things is our garden, partly as it makes me think of my dad.

Properly getting into the mood. Beef Stifado is an absolute fave whenever I venture to the Greek Islands (sorry, the fish will come later in the holiday 😎). Mama Toula can cook 👍

Milan v LFC should have been a much more enjoyable match, however we spent much of the second half dodging the ‘doughnut’ of doom on @amazonprime.bsky.social and got kicked out twice!
