I have a new strategy when people have a hard time letting go of toxic friendships/relationships.

Watch the K drama Marry My Husband. That is an example of what could happen if you stay. And remember she got to go back in time to change things . You can’t. Leave people where they are at.

I think when your day is making you overwhelmed it’s ok to take a walk, nap, silent space and start your day again.

I’m not sure I agree with pushing through anymore if that’s what you always do. Burn out is real. Take a break before your body makes you.
