Mr. Neighborhood Hawk almost caught a late lunch in my back yard.
A red tailed hawk pursuing a squirrel that has hidden itself behind a wooden basketball backboard. The hawk is flaring its wings wide as it tries to land on the top of the back board with its red brown tail feathers also splaying wide.

My interpretation of this week's elections:

Tomorrow's forecast (for late evening 11/6) is also looking very spicy too!
United States National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration (US NOAA) Space Weather Prediction Center graphic showing potential for aurora in the evening of November 6 US time. The forecast was created on 11/6 at 4:36 a.m. (coordinated universal time (UTC), i.e. 5 hours ahead of US Eastern Time). The forecast is for aurora to be widespread with a Kp value of 7 out of 9 and G Scale value of 3 out of 5. This means high potential overhead aurora from northern North Dakota and Minnesota toward north pole and aurora visible from about Portland Oregon to Omaha Nebraska and Chicago Illinois and much of Northern New England.

All this website does is remind me of the mistake I made every time thinking I could easily transfer L2-L3 at Passeig de Gràcia.

No. Reconfigured with reroute of several routes.
Plan for Carl Barron Plaza and Central Square bus terminal in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The plan has the plaza at Massachusetts Avenue and River Street with new seating and public art while the bus terminal at Green Street and River Street has bus bus berths at River and Green streets. The bus berths are connected by sidewalks and additional plaza space. A separate bike lane follows the path of River Street.

A street construction site with barricades preventing pedestrians from accessing the work areas. On the outside of the barricades, granite curbs are placed and set to become a buffer and separators between a future bus lane and sidewalk level bike lane. The buffer is not yet filled in with planting or paving.

Traditional pensions used to be the main way that workers could save for retirement.... not so much any more!
